Apprenticeship Training Trust (ATT) is an independent non-profit Trust giving young Kiwis a step up into a career with long-term prospects. We partner with trade businesses and also mentor apprentices, supporting and nurturing both sides of the apprenticeship equation. With more than 30 years’ experience employing over 1000 apprentices, we provide opportunities for New Zealanders to train and become successful tradespeople.
ATT offers apprenticeships in the plumbing, gasfitting, drainlaying and electrical trades. All apprenticeships include a combination of on-job work experience within a host business and off-job block courses – they will vary in length depending on the specific trade chosen. You will earn while you learn with no large student loan fees to pay off at the end of your training, and with a support structure to make the most out of your time as an apprentice.
