We are unique. King Salmon is less than 1% of the world’s total salmon produced and is highly sought after by consumers for its superior quality. Our company utilises king salmon stock introduced from California over 100 years ago and has been growing and selling King Salmon to consumers in Aotearoa and overseas for over 35 years. Growing just the one species, our focus and tenure in the business has made us specialists in our field. We are proudly the world’s largest producer of King Salmon.

We do it all – egg to plate. From breeding right through to our globally recognised brands, we believe a key component to delivering the highest quality salmon products to consumers and chefs worldwide, is retaining complete control of our processes. While we strive to grow healthy kai, our role extends beyond just king salmon to help grow healthy communities, healthy relationships, healthy environments, and healthy economies. This will contribute to growing a healthier Aotearoa and ultimately a healthier world.

We are a proud local, predominantly Te Tauihu organisation, employing over 450 staff across the top of the south. Although our farms are located in the beautiful Marlborough sounds, we are about to embark on a future as the first open ocean salmon farmers in our Blue Endeavour location.
