The Inspiring the Future event at Waimea College was a morning of FUN and learning! 60 Year 10 students engaged in a guessing game, firing off 20 questions to uncover the professions of the industry guests.
Then an exciting ‘reveal’ uncovered roles from Nelmac, Port Nelson, ETCO, Air New Zealand, NMIT Te Pūkenga and more!
Following this, students had the opportunity to speak directly with the guests in smaller groups. These discussions provided insights into the various roles and their career journeys.
