Led by Nigel, a seasoned Operations team expert, participants gained firsthand insight into the port’s seamless 24/7 operations. Nigel’s informative narration navigated everyone through the incoming and outgoing shipments, showcasing the diverse array of products passing through the port’s gates. Safety protocols and the vibrant Port Nelson culture were also highlighted, emphasising staff wellbeing and the port’s strong ethos.
